Honoring Those Who Have Taken an Oath to Uphold the Constitution
The American Oath Project was created by California civil trial and appellate lawyer and mediator Kevin K. Johnson, JD, and seeks to educate, unify, and empower the American people to take legal and civic action, guided by the spirit and principles of the United States Constitution.
A core component of The American Oath Project is the pursuit of civil lawsuits designed to end Mr. Trump's Presidential Employment Contract for both premeditated and ongoing, cumulative and coordinated breaches of the Presidential Oath of Office, and for committing "fraud in the inducement" by lying when he took the Oath.
“The American Oath Project is one of the most important and well-documented projects that I have seen....”
—Oliver Houck, Emeritus Professor and David Boies Chair in Public Interest Law, Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana
"We simply must do everything possible to save our country and our democracy. The American Oath Project should be a cornerstone of that effort.”
—Winston Hickox, Principle, California Strategies, Former Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency
“The American Oath Project flips the script offering a sharp and proactive offensive litigation strategy to defend the rule of law and put the Trump regime on its heels.”
